Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union have found a buyer for their Sherman Oaks home, almost three months after they slashed the price, The Post has learned.
The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate was initially listed for $6.2 million right before the coronavirus pandemic hit on March 6, 2020.
But with a year having passed by and no luck on getting any offers, the pair were forced to cut the price by half a million, to $5.7 million.
As of April 3 – just three days ago — the home is now pending a sale.
It’s a loss for the duo, who purchased the 8,650-square-foot home for $5.995 million in May 2018, only a few months after construction was completed.
The three-story, Mediterranean villa-style house was built atop a private promontory with a private road leading up to the entryway.
It features 180-degree canyon and city-light views with an illuminated infinity-edge pool, an outdoor kitchen with a brand-new wood-burning pizza oven and a wrap-around balcony.
Topping it off, a grand architecturally designed spiral staircase creates connectivity between all three floors.
A wealth of windows and French doors are situated throughout the home, providing seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor space with an abundance of natural light.
The home also features a newly renovated master bathroom and kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Other amenities include walk-in closets, a home theater and a temperature-controlled wine room.
The NBA star, 39, and “Bring It On” actress, 48, put the house up for sale shortly after closing on an even bigger property in nearby Hidden Hills last year.
