Top architect Eran Chen, founding principal of ODA Architecture, and his wife Dafna just bought a $6 million full-floor loft in Tribeca, according to city property records.
ODA, which is NYC based with projects in the city and around the world, is known for its boxy, geometric style, including the cantilevered 100 Norfolk condo on the Lower East Side and the Galerie condo in Long Island City.

The second-floor apartment at 39 Lispenard St. that Chen bought is 5,276 square feet, and comes with four bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.
It was last on the market for $6.49 million — down from its 2016 asking price of $7.5 million.
The space, nearly 50 feet wide, has plenty of room for entertaining. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick and 14-foot-tall ceilings.
There’s also a kitchen with wall ovens and a 150-bottle wine refrigerator.
The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Danny Davis and Lisa Balbuena.
