Desperate Mama June sells rundown house at huge loss

Mama June may have made another boo boo.

The troubled 40-year-old reality star (born June Shannon) of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” and “Mama June: From Not to Hot” needed money, so she sold her house in Hampton, Ga., for $100,000 cash to investors, according to TMZ.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home, less than an hour south of Atlanta, was appraised in 2018 for about $150,000 — and may be worth even more if you throw in the added cache a home attracts for being featured on television. June herself reportedly paid $156,000 for the 3,225-square-foot spread in 2014 via an entity called Honey Boo Boo LLC.

The investors who delivered June the lowball offer, Felicia Harrell and Keller Williams Atlanta Partners, quickly poured $30,000 into renovations for the shabby home and listed the now-spiffy-looking spread for $225,000.

A struggling June had made enemies of her neighbors in August when boyfriend Geno Doak drove his car into the house while intoxicated. The garage door was damaged and windows were broken. A video from around that time showed piles of trash outside and the home in total disarray.

Last month, the couple was charged with a felony for possession of crack cocaine; June — who shot down pleas from daughters Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon and Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson to go to rehab —- could face years in jail, according to People.

Now that the house is gone, TMZ reports that June and Doak are planning to buy and live out of an RV.
