Rachael Ray isn’t just selling her own home at 234 Tuckahoe Lane in Southampton, currently listed for $2.99 million.

Her design company, Rachael Ray Home, and interiors guru Murray Hall have teamed up to transform a property on the market for $3 million — 47 Talmage Lane in East Hampton — into an ode to Ray’s cozy vision of the East End.

The listing broker is Sotheby’s Angela Boyer-Stump.
