Late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes once owned an extravagant home at 1049 Fifth Ave.
Vanessa Trump’s mother, Bonnie Kay Haydon, paid Ailes’ widow, Elizabeth, $6.4 million in cash for the apartment back in 2018, the year that Vanessa filed for divorce from President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.
Haydon has now put the Upper East Side condo back on the market for $8.39 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal exclusively.
The stunning prewar pad is 2,458 square feet and comes with a wraparound terrace as well as views of Central Park and the reservoir.
Haydon was married to the late Charles Haydon, an attorney for Marilyn Monroe and real estate mogul/Broadway producer Abe Hirschfeld.
The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit at 1049 Fifth just underwent a major renovation, according to the listing.
The home opens with a marble foyer that leads to a corner living room with a wet bar and access to the terrace. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, formal dining room and a library with a decorative fireplace.
The master bedroom includes a gym and a spa-like pink onyx bathroom.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Michael Lorber and Alexander Boriskin.
