Netflix boss Cindy Holland chops price of West Village townhouse

Netflix exec Cindy Holland has just dropped the price of her West Village townhouse at 58 Downing St. to $5.59 million — down from its $5.85 million asking price in October.

Holland recently plunked down $14.1 million for 23 Perry St., a different West Village townhouse that was once owned by cookbook author, food critic and Billy Joel’s ex-wife Katie Lee.

Holland, who is the vice president of content acquisition and original series for the streaming giant, bought the Downing Street house from celebrity chef Michael Symon for $5.43 million in 2017.

“With her growing career and lifestyle, she decided to upgrade,” a friend said.

The three-story Downing Street townhouse is 2,661 square feet, and comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Built in the late 19th century, the renovated home includes five fireplaces, exposed beams and brick and original wood paneling. There’s a formal sitting room and a dining room on the parlor floor, while the floor below has a chef’s kitchen, and another sitting room with a fireplace and garden access.

The master suite, on the second floor, also has a fireplace, a dressing room and a master bathroom with radiant heated floors.

The listing broker is Chris Fry, of Elegran.
