Instagram star Tanya Zuckerbrot drops $22M on Park Ave. pad

Social media savvy nutritionist Tanya Zuckerbrot, who boasts 100,000 followers on Instagram, is the new owner of a stunning pad at 515 Park Ave.

She and hubby Anthony Westreich — a founding managing partner at Monday Properties — paid a cool $22.5 million for the digs.

The five-bedroom duplex is 6,500 square feet, spanning the 27th and 28th floors. Asking price was $26.8 million for the fully furnished home, which commands sweeping views of Central Park and the city skyline.

A private elevator opens to a “glass-enclosed front entrance,” the listing notes.

The 13-room pad features oak floors imported from Denmark, custom oak cabinetry, a wide spiral staircase and high ceilings, and was gut renovated by Steven Gambrel’s interior design firm, S.R. Gambrel Inc.

The posh condo’s first floor includes a living room, a corner library/media room, a dining room and an eat-in kitchen. The second floor features the bedrooms and storage.

The listing broker was Adam Modlin, of the Modlin Group, who declined to comment.
