Bonkers townhouse Lady Gaga toured is now $20M less

Lady Gaga once eyed this Chelsea townhouse. Now the six-story property at 357 W. 17th St. is back on the market for $17.99 million, following a price drop and a broker swap.

The 25-foot wide townhouse was formerly owned by designer Karim Rashid, who sold it for $9.35 million in 2014. After a massive renovation, it was relisted for a whopping $38.6 million in 2016 — and has had big discounts ever since. By last year it was $29.5 million, while earlier this month it asked $19.9 million.

The sleek home features five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a glass elevator. Car fanatics will also love the glass-enclosed parking garage.

It also boasts a 480-bottle climate-controlled wine room, a movie theater, a gym, an indoor resistance pool, a sauna and details like Swarovski crystal door handles. There’s also a double height “mirror image” chef’s kitchen with two of everything.

The entire fourth floor is the master suite, while the fifth floor features a library/home office with a bar and a private terrace.

There are double-pane floor-to-ceiling windows, skyline views, a garden — and around 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a roof deck with a hot tub.

The listing brokers are Ryan Serhant and Nicole Palermo of Nest Seekers International.
