How Meghan Markle Changed Prince Harry’s Diet When They Started Dating


Meghan Markle has made history and sparked unprecedented change in the royal world since marrying Prince Harry last May, so it should come as no surprise that the Duchess of Sussex wanted to mix things up in Prince Harry’s life as well.

According to Express UK, Meghan had her eye on changing one little aspect about her new boyfriend when she and Prince Harry first began dating—his refrigerator. According to royal biographer Andrew Morton, Meghan is very into food: “She loves cooking, exploring new foods, and experimenting with fresh flavours.”

“Just as Meghan encouraged a helping of culinary adventure, so she dramatically changed the contents of Prince Harry’s fridge,” Morton told the outlet. “Meghan never leaves home unless she has hummus, carrots, green juice, almonds and chia seed pudding in the fridge.” Express is also reporting that Meghan has influenced Price Harry to consume less alcohol and to take up yoga.
