Jessica Biel‘s getting her butt into gear for the 2019 Emmys. On Sept. 15, the 36-year-old actress, nominated for playing Cora in The Sinner, shared a clip of her pre-awards show workout routine, and, wow, it’s clear her muscle power is no joke. Jessica tackled some raised, weighted pistol squats, and we’re sore just watching her.
Pistol squats are a great way to tone your legs and glutes, but it can take time to build up the strength necessary to complete them.
