Simone De La Rue’s Core Exercises

Celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue is known for her chiseled abs, so we’re game to try any exercise she recommends for a stronger core. In her Fitness Friday video on Instagram, the woman behind Body By Simone shared “three exercises targeted to build core strength:” oblique V-crunches, Pilates scissors, and double-leg stretches. The great part is that you can do her work anywhere without any equipment.

Here’s the workout as written in Simone’s caption:

  1. Oblique V-crunches: 10 reps on each side
  2. Pilates scissors: 12 reps on each leg
  3. Double-leg stretches: 10 reps

Complete a total of two to three sets.
